On Saturday May 17th 2014 the Saivite Tamil Foundation for the second time hosted Satguru Bodhinatha Veylanswami, successor to Satguru Sivaya Subramuniyaswami. Sannyasin Shanmuganathaswami and Siddhanathaswami accompanied Satguru Bodhinatha. Satsang was held at the home of Dr. & Mrs. Jeyendran and attended by members of the Chicago area Sri Lankan community. Ganapathi pooja was performed by children followed with his holiness address and blessings to group.
His holiness also introduced and released Hindu Oli honoring Maha Munivar of Jaffna His Holiness Siva Yoga Swamigal, a publication of All Ceylon Hindu Congress, sponsored by Saivite Tamil Foundation. His holiness had an informal discussion with the children and adults which was followed with traditional Sri Lankan dinner.
